Thanks to Kratos for helping me build my first home! Isaac is always there for anything you need and answers any questions you may have during the building process, along with Gilberto. My first home is everything I wished for, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build in the near future.

Finding a builder is hard. What set Kratos apart was their attention to the little details. They really give you a COMPLETE home and not something you still have to go back and finish later. Down to the first walk-through of model homes, Isaac has always been very clear, helpful and pays attention to what your family needs. The team is not done until you are 100% satisfied with your home. Our forever home is done and we are beyond happy in it.
